General Memberships

Our general membership options include access to all of our classes, 24/7 fob key access, and access to our 10,000 square foot facility. These memberships are a 12 month commitment and to break the commitment there is a $250 penalty fee.

Our day passes and day pass bundles provide you the option to access our entire 10,000 square foot facility and all of our classes once per day. No commitment required. Staying for a week? We will provide you with 24/7 fob key access during your stay!

FAQS

Do you offer day passes or free trials?

We do not offer free trials, however, we provide each person with a tour of our facility prior to signing up for a membership. We offer day passes for $20 to try out the gym before committing to a membership.

Is the facility 24/7?

Our facility is 24/7 for our members 18+ and on applicable memberships.

What is your cancellation policy?

All of our pre-authorized memberships are a 12 month contract. To cancel prior to the 12 months there is a $250 cancellation fee.

Am I able to bring a friend or family member with me under my membership?

No. We do not offer guest privileges. Bringing somebody with you outside of staffed hours will result in immediate membership cancellation, a lifetime ban from our facility, and no refunds.

What is included in the membership?

Most of our memberships include access to our entire 10,000 square foot facility, access to our classes, and 24/7 access.

Please note that all BorderCity Barbell members are required to pay an annual service fee of $25 and a fob fee of $25 upon signing up for a membership, excluding day passes, the 10-day pass bundle, and spin memberships. Spin members are still required to pay the annual service fee but are exempt from the fob fee. These fees are non-refundable and are subject to change at the discretion of BorderCity Barbell management. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
