FAQs

Do you offer day passes or free trials?

We do not offer free trials to our gym. However we do offer a free trial to our spin classes! To join please contact the front desk. 

Is the facility 24/7?

Our facility is 24/7 for our members 18+ and on applicable memberships.

What is the cancellation policy?

All of our pre-authorized memberships are a 12 month contract. To cancel prior to the 12 months there is a $250 cancellation fee.

Am I able to bring a friend or family member with me under my membership?

No. We do not offer guest privileges. Bringing somebody with you outside of staffed hours will result in immediate membership cancellation, a lifetime ban from our facility, and no refunds.

What is included in the membership?

Our membership includes access to our 10,000 square foot facility, access to our exclusive spin studio (the only offered in Sarnia-Lambton), brand new shower upgrades, and 24/7 access.

Please note that all BorderCity Barbell members are required to pay an annual service fee of $25 and a fob fee of $25 upon signing up for a membership, excluding day passes, the 2-Week Pass bundle, and spin memberships. Spin members are still required to pay the annual service fee but are exempt from the fob fee.
These fees are non-refundable and are subject to change at the discretion of BorderCity Barbell management. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
